Who We Are
International Women’s House is a domestic violence shelter with a mission to provide a safe haven and supportive services to women and children who are the victims of family violence, sexual abuse, and human trafficking, with a focus on immigrant and refugee women and children, cultural sensitivity and self-sufficiency. We have served Metro-Atlanta survivors since 1997.
IWH is a state-certified domestic violence/sexual assault center. We are available to assist first responders, such as police, fire and rescue, and healthcare professionals, as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the safety and well-being of victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
